• Founded the Creative Labs department, an inhouse creative agency within Entravision, responsible for producing digital video & branded content for over $2MM in paid campaigns across 28 markets.  

 • Personally hired, trained and managed a team of 8 specialized creatives, including editors, cinematographers, graphic designers and campaign success specialists that produced +1,100 videos in 2025.

 • Produced B2B videos focused on positioning Entravision as the leading media company for reaching Hispanics in the United States. Videos included sizzle reels, event recaps and product     videos and announcements.

 • Collaborated with C-suite to strategize and produce videos for key partnerships such as the NFL, FIFA World Cup, Voter engagement efforts and other major initiatives.

 • Worked directly with Account Executives to develop creative strategies to assist with prospects and renewing annual accounts with key clients in all markets.
